Newsletter subsription not working

Hi,

I am using contact form 7 as an integretion with Mail chimp for newsletter signups. Recently, I’ve got a few spam sign-up, which is why I integrated Recaptcha. Since I’ve integrated this, the newsletter sign-ups don’t work anymore. There’s always an error message coming up after hitting the subscribe button.

Does anybody know what to do?
