Newsletter unsubscribe is being blocked

I have the following white listings:

https://www.immunityboostingexperts.com/?na

https://www.immunityboostingexperts.com/newsletter/?nm

and still unsubscribing from my newsletter is being blocked

The link the customer gets:
https://immunityboostingexperts.com/?nltr..... (that part works)
that the turns into a page:
https://immunityboostingexperts.com/newsletter-2/?nm=unsubscribe&nk=......
asking Please confirm you want to unsubscribe offering the link:
https://immunityboostingexperts.com/?na=uc&nk=.....

That part does not work and gives the error: “We’re sorry, you are not allowed to proceed”

Does anyone have good experience with what to whitelist for the https://www.thenewsletterplugin.com/ plugin?
