    Unfortunately none of these solutions worked. All we did was update our version of WordPress and this happened. We have e-mailed mail-poet and gave them access to our web server to try and fix the issue. Its been 2 weeks and they’ve stopped replying to our emails. I am very disappointed with the service your company has provided.

    Here are a list of problems:

    1) We are unable to insert any type of post into our newsletters. Mailpoet simply can’t retrieve any of the posts.

    2) We are unable to save any of our new posts.

    This started happening 2 weeks ago when WP was updated. We’ve had some bad experiences with mail poet, including some hacking issues which we have traced back to someone on your team or an individual using their account.
