• I have 3 sites running on a wordpress multisite installation.

    On the primary site MailPoet works perfect but on the second and third site I cannot create newsletters and lists.

    I already tried to de-activate and re-activate on both sites. Plugin is not network activated but separately activated on each installation in the dashboard.

    What can be wrong?

    Make sure you don’t have any permission issues with your user. If you are using a plugin to change roles for some users of your website, make sure they contain all MailPoet roles associated with them.

    I don’t use any plugin for roles. I’m using the same WPMU SuperAdmin account for the main site and the two other sites. I also I tried network activate, but that didn’t help too and also without network acticate and seperate Plugin Activate for each site. Only the main/primary site works but the two other still saying Newletter created, and then it says Newletter does not exist.

    We are not sure on what happened. The ideal solution would be for you to Reinstall MailPoet on these subsites. Go to Settings page > Advanced tab > Geeky options link > Reinstall now button. Just be aware that this would completely delete everything inside this subsite (MailPoet stuff only).
