We have a small email list of approx 90 accounts. Our first newsletter was sent last night and only 13 people received the email. I have 3 addresses on the list and none of them received the newsletter. I have checked spam. Of the accounts who did receive the nine of them were gmail accounts. My 3 emails are all gmail hosted (workspace). We use the mailpoet sending service. Preview emails were going through to the gmail emails. Any ideas on how to fix please?

    Hi @sandrabne

Any ideas on how to fix please?

Please make sure to set up DKIM for your sender domain: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/328-set-up-dkim-for-your-sender-domain

That will greatly improve your deliverability and will help your newsletters reach your Gmail subscribers.

Can you try it and let me know how it goes?

    Hi:

The DKIM has been setup per the instructions “How to Set Up DKIM for your Sender Domain”:
    https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/328-set-up-dkim-for-your-sender-domain

And the DNS records were created a few weeks ago and have propagated.

Separate to the newsletter we also need to send form data in PDF format, so we also have the plugin “WP Mail SMTP” installed so we can send attachments. This has been setup with Google / GMail as the sending service. This means we also have a DKIM record for this service as well.

I do not believe these DKIM records would interfere with each other:

    1. mailpoet1._domainkey.example.com
    2. mailpoet2._domainkey.example.com
    3. google._domainkey.example.com

    Any ideas?

    Hi @sandrabne,

Could you please let us know what is the domain you’re using to send your emails from?

    Thank you!

    Hi there @sandrabne,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
