newspaper theme: occasionally my sidebar will disappear!

  • sometimes I access a post on my site and the widgets/sidebar is missing (see attachments)… no rhyme or reason, just out of the blue…

    what in the world is going on and how can this be fixed? [ redundant link removed ] (this post is known to do it)

    From your earlier and archived post disparaging the “Pro” version, you are this theme author’s customer.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

    If they support customers on this site they risk losing their theme here.
