Newsweek Theme and 2.6 issues

  • Is anybody using the Newsweek theme and found once they upgraded to 2.6 the theme no longer displays other than the header image? That is what happened to me and I need some help. Thanks!

    I am assuming that nobody has any idea what may have happened here. I really hate to start over with a new theme as I had just modified this one enough to have it the way I wanted it.

    That sucks. I downloaded it right after the 2.6 upgrade, so I haven’t had to deal with that. I hope it can withstand the next upgrade…

    The theme works. I just wanted to update this and let you all know, if anyone is interested or had any problems with the theme. It had to do with the translator plugin and where I had placed it. Once I moved it from within my domain files and relocated it on the blog/theme, it worked fine.

    Hi guys. Not sure where to find the manual to customize NewsWeek theme. It looked awesome but I couldn’t customize it. I tried to use standard like ‘Featured’ tag for posts I wanted to put in the featured column but I failed to do so. Can anybody please help?

    Did you ever figure out where the documentation is? I can’t find it either.
