Nex form conditional logic is not working

Hi, first of all, your conditional logic is broken all the time. The logic is just out of the bounds. Sometimes it works but sometimes it doesn’t. I created the form and in the preview, it works correctly with conditional logic. But when I go to the page where I have put this as a shortcode, it doesn’t respond to the conditional logic.
My conditional logic is simple. I will describe it:
if (Do you need a website==”Yes”) then it will show the next hidden fields and if “No” then the fields remain hidden.
On the Nex form preview, it works. But on the page where it has been embedded, it doesn’t work.
