NEX-Forms Submission Strange characters

    I’m using NEX-Forms 7.9.5, but in the last week something strange started to happen in the new submissions.
    The new submissions are showing up with strange characters (numbers) .

    the strange thing is that some parts of the submission are showing up correctly.
    what could it be? how can i solve it?
