“Next” and “Previous” arrows – how to enable?

  • My page isn’t online yet, sorry. My issue is this. The Next and Previous arrows don’t show up.

    The Quotes Collection plugin author says, if the “Next” quote link is not working:

    “Make sure your theme’s header.php file has the code <?php wp_head(); ?> just before </head>. If you still experience the problem, contact the plugin author.”

    I checked my site, and that php file has a different name: wp-blog-header.php

    I tried adding

    <?php wp_head(); ?>

    in between <head> </head>

    but I also had to type in the head tags, they aren’t in the php file.

    That didn’t work. The arrows are still not showing up on my site.

    Any ideas would be appreciated. Thank you.
