Next and previous list of excerpts

  • On my homepage, I have 10 item excerpts listed and the previous next buttons do not work. I need the next previous buttons to reload the index page with the next 10 excerpts (or the previous). You can see what I mean here:

    Thanks for your help, I cannot find the answer to this anywhere!
