    Hi,
I’ve just noticed that none of the posts, when displayed in full (or in part) have a “next” or “previous” link in the page so the reader can go to the next post or the previous post in the blog. This is missing on the mobile and also the desktop set-up.

Am I missing an option to turn these on or off somewhere? This is a basic one so I assume it’s me missing something obvious?

    thanks

  • Hi, @simoncawthorne

Please check your reading settings. Maybe your total created posts are less than the number of posts to show per page.

Head to Wp-Settings >> Reading >> Blog page show at most
Here try again, after decrease the number (as posts to show per page)

Let me know did it work.

    Thanks

    Hi Imraz

I think he is talking about navigation to previous and next post from the specific post.

Also on forums mentioning username in each comment is not the good practise. Please do avoid this.

    Hi,

    thanks, yes:
it’s the navigation to previous and next post from the specific post.

I’ve done a check with a couple of other (random) themes, and this option returns for these other themes. And as a result, I’ve also been through a reload for the content theme and also the spice press theme too – but no result here.

I’ve checked in the editor for the content and spice press themes and the syntax on main page looks like it’s present to enable/have this navigation.

    Help appreciated here

    thanks

    Hi, Simoncawthorne

Sorry for the delay in reply!

Just install the WP Post Navigation plugin to add “next” or “previous” link in the single post page.

Let me know did it work.

    Thanks
