    @danshort1 – If you could continue with plugin or theme conflict troubleshooting that would be super helpful to us and other users experiencing the same thing.

    Full instructions here:
    https://wpdocs.philderksen.com/google-calendar-events/misc/theme-and-plugin-conflicts/

    We can also email you a beta copy of the plugin to see if it helps solve your issue. Please email me for details at pderksen AT gmail.com. Thanks.

    Hi, I am having the same issue – can anyone figure out what can be the issue out of the link to the site?

    Thanks in advance

    Same issue here – and then some! Posted in two threads (sorry) but a number of symptoms. For me – HI,
    My GridView also fails – the Next and Back fail to load anything new, and there is no information on any events, though the grid does indicate that there are events on some days (giving an emboldened day ‘number’ – but that’s all).

    Strangely, same GCal feed as a widget in the side bar works on one page but NOT another (same sidebar) – no Back and Next activity (save adding a # to the URL after clicking).
    WORKING –

    NOT WORKING –
    https://custweb06.vws.ifl.net/~r25733/?gce_feed=school-calendar

    Using Version 2.2.4

    Thanks,
    Paul

    I have just installed this plugin and see the same problem.

    I have probably not configured the initial “feed” properly though. All I want is to display the “default” calendar from my gmail account, the name of the calendar (after getting it following the instructions) was [email protected] that is the only value i changed. I took the shortcode and put it on a WP page called events, the only thing on the page is the shortcode.

    When I preview I see the default calendar and the events for that month are bold, hovering over them shows details (as expected) but when I click on either the “Next” or “Previous” links on top of the calendar, all I get is a “-1”. If I refresh the page, I get the calendar back.

    I was thinking it could be that I have Cloudflare infront of my site but the more I think of it, that should not be an issue.

    FWIW, I do not have iThemes Security plugin installed.

    Is it possible for the plugin author(s) to post some useful information on how to debug this problem? My problem relates to iThemes security plugin. How does the prev/next buttons work. What software modules etc..

    Have you managed to reproduce the issue with iThemes ?

    In general here is our Theme & Plugin conflict documentation page: https://wpdocs.philderksen.com/google-calendar-events/misc/theme-and-plugin-conflicts/

    @paul Batchelor,

    Just replied to your other thread. Is your theme also the iThemes one being discussed here?

    @tokynet,

    The default gmail account should work fine. This thread is mostly for users with the iThemes theme so next time please create an appropriate thread so we can keep things organized. The -1 issue should be fixed in the most recent update. Please try that and then let me know here if anything changed.

    @rcotgrov,

    How does the prev/next buttons work. What software modules etc..

    First off are you running the latest version? (2.2.5)

    The next/back links use jQuery mostly for this. So do make sure that there are no JS conflicts and that your jQuery that is being used is at least 1.6+ (required also for the tooltips to work). Sometimes an older jQuery script can be called and overwrite the one we include so double check that as well.

    Assuming these issues are resolved now since there haven’t been any replies here recently. Please let us know if you need any further help and we will do the best we can to get it situated.

    Thanks!
