    Hi,

    I have created a next gen gallery a while ago and now my client has come back to me telling me that the gallery for cakes is not opening.

    I have gone into the back end and checked for all database and plugin updates, it is on the most current version as well. I have checked the permalinks and the settings. Everything looks to be the same as the working cupcakes and dessert galleries. I need to the cakes gallery to be loaded on a seperate page just like the other two.

    Hi @chealseekalivas,

    I see that you have already submitted a ticket directly since this is a Pro feature and we aren’t allowed to offer any support for the Pro features here in the forum. We have already replied to our questions directly so I hope that you wouldn’t mind to have a look at the possible solution.
