Next Gen Gallery Show Different sizes in chrome-safari and firefox-ie

I have one problem with the Next-Gen Gallery Plugin, I’ve tryied in the wp forums and to contact the plugin authors without luck.

I need the gallery to look like the example they provide https://responsive.nextgen-gallery.com/pro-horizontal-filmstrip/

the gallery looks fine in firefox and IE

And in chrome and Safari it just looks smaller

It’s like the max height of the gallery in chrome and safari is the browser height.
