Next match and prev max in homepage

Hello.

I’m using your plugin and is very good.

I need you help me create php code so i can use in my home page.

I need (for example):

This Team: belongs to League 1 and ID team is 3
<div> LAST MATCH </div>
<div> TEAM 1 and LOGO</div>
<div> SCORE </div>
<div> TEAM 2 and LOGO</div>
<div> DATE </div>

and other:

This Team: belongs to League 2 and ID team is 9
<div> NEXT MATCH </div>
<div> TEAM 1 and LOGO</div>
<div> TEAM 2 and LOGO</div>
<div> DATE </div>

I have two teans and i need build a homepage with this league information.
