Next page isnt working….RTL problem?

The issue is with the attribute name. When this is written in an RTL language it seems to cause the problem. If I write in only English characters this works. Even if the WordPress is still set to RTL, just changing the attribute name works. The issue appears to be due to the way the URL is formatted with RTL attribute names.
