Next prayer & Custom timings

Hi, I recently got a theme that came with your plugin and I love it so far. However I have 2 questions that I would like help with.

1. For the salat times in the widget, it always defaults to Fajr, and then you have to click the down arrow to see the rest of the prayer times. Is it possible to default to the next prayer depending on the time?

2. How do I upload my own salat times. The website is for a mosque and we would like to have the times be the time we pray at the mousque instead of the athan time.
