Next/Previous Arrows Not Showing

    Hi There

    I have created a gallery using ACF and the Easy Fancybox plugin for lightboxes. It is all working well except for the next/previous arrows which I cannot get to show.
    They are set to show in the plugin settings, but aren’t showing on the gallery.

    I have tried overriding the display:none; css which makes the buttons show, but then the javascript doesn’t seem to be present.

    Any help would be much appreciated.

  • I have the same problem,the arrows are not visible on a cellphone!

    Hi @lveale because the gallery is not a WordPress core gallery (flexlsider or theme feature?) it is not recognized by Easy FancyBox. You can do two things: either set the Autogallery option to “All in one gallery” or get the advanced options to be able to tweak the plugin to recognize the flexslider gallery.

    Thanks for your reply. I have tried setting the options to ‘All in one gallery’, but it doesn’t seem to have made any difference.
    If I get the advanced options will that definitely solve the issue?

    In the source code shows the option “WordPress galleries only” still active. Please clear the WP Engine page and object caches https://wpengine.com/support/cache/ and maybe consider disabling the object cache for staging sites (no idea if that can be done on a per-site basis though)
