Next Run are months ago?

Dear sir,

A few months ago, I have DISABLE_WP_CRON set to true, and added server’s crontab task to trigger wp_cron every 5 minutes , following the guidance on How to Disable WP-Cron (wp-cron.php) for Faster Performance (kinsta.com)

I now install the WP CONTROL cron-events plugin to check, most cron jobs NEXT RUN dates are months ago. Does it indicate that the cron tasks were not triggered properly?
