Next Section Button going to Last Section!

    One of the “Next section” buttons on my home my home page is reverting up the page to the previous section instead of down to the next section. I can’t figure out what is happening. I’ve deleted the button and tried adding a new call to action button without success.?

    I cleared my browser cache to make sure that wasn’t the issue.

    Any ideas?
