next_posts_link not working in my template on FF

I try to use next_posts_link or post_nav_link but on both occasions the link is not working. It shows up as text, and as a tag in the source code. And it works in IE, but not FF

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Also, as you can see my footer gets messed up also
