    Hey Guys,

I’ve been using this plugin successfully on a very large WordPress site. Today, my client just notified me that they were having a strange issue. All plugins and WordPress are up-to-date. I am in the process of deactivating plugins to see if there is a conflict and I will let you know how that goes soon.

    TO REPLICATE:
Login to WordPress Dashboard, click Galleries, click Albums — the page continues to reload and the URL string is copied below. (without the domain)

    https://(DOMAIN)/site/wp-admin/admin.php?page=nggallery-manage-album&skipjs%5B0%5D=https%3A%2F%2F(DOMAIN)%2Fsite%2Fwp-content%2Fplugins%2Fnextcellent-gallery-nextgen-legacy%2Fadmin%2Fjs%2Fngg.autocomplete.js%3Fver%3D1.1&skipjs%5B1%5D=https%3A%2F%2Fu(DOMAIN)%2Fsite%2Fwp-content%2Fplugins%2Fnextcellent-gallery-nextgen-legacy%2Fadmin%2Fjs%2Fngg.autocomplete.js%3Fver%3D1.1&skipjs[2]=https://(DOMAIN)/site/wp-content/plugins/nextcellent-gallery-nextgen-legacy/admin/js/ngg.autocomplete.js?ver=1.1

I just wanted to open a thread in-case others were experiencing the issue.

    Thanks

    BOOM

Found the conflict plugin… LayerSlider WP 5.5.0

    https://codecanyon.net/item/layerslider-responsive-wordpress-slider-plugin-/1362246

    TO RESOLVE:
Navigated to the LayerSlider WP in the Dashboard. On the main screen, click the “Advanced” tab. Now, there are several options. The option I had activated (it was green) was, “Use Google CDN version of jQuery”. Once I deactivated (it was grey) and clicked the “Save changes” button, it worked! No plugin conflict, and I was able to once again navigate to my Albums in the Nextcellent Dashboard.

I hope this helps someone with the same issue. Marking as solved.

    Cheers.

I had exactly the same issue, but in my case I had to disable the plugin “Advanced Dates”, an old plugin used to alter date/time of a post, which is not needed anymore in WordPress 4.0+, but was still enabled on my site.
