NEXTCELLENT gallery – can't download images

    I did have it working, but now I haven’t been able to download either zip file or images.
    I have saved the images under wp-content/Gallery as either zip folder, jpg or gif files. Nothing is working. It was working when I only had Galleries but then I tried to add them to an Album and the links to the images re not coming through into the Gallery now. I have cleared the caches, deleted all .tmp files and completed a debug and cccleaner.
    Is nextgen gallery working yet. I don’t want to delete Nextcellent and then find the Nextgen gallery doesn’t work either, which I tried first.

    Sorry to hear you’re having trouble!

    To help you, we need some more information. Please describe what you do exactly to download the images. Are you using a plugin to download them?

    I solved the problem thank you. I had to delete the files from Nextcellent and reinstall it and then it worked
