NEXTGen 1.8.2 and WordPress 3.2.1

  • Stille the same problems with NextGEN Gallery after upgrade to NextGEN1.8.2 and WordPress 3.2.1: When uploading images to a gallery, everything seems to be working fine until all images are uploaded and Create new thumbnails dialog appears. The Create new thumbnails dialog gets blank and remains forever – the result is images without thumbnails, and it’s not possible to get these images presented…

    It seems that the problem is related to large images (in my case about 5MB) that should be automatically resized – but they are not. Maybe the problem is related to the theme (BigFeatures) or some other plugin? I’m also using Lightbox 2…

  • Exactly the same problem here. What should we do? Downgrade to WordPress 3.2 and NextGen 1.8.0?

    When running Plugin Check, I get this:

    V Check plugin/theme conflict
No conflict could be detected

X Test image function
Couldn't create image, check your memory limit

V Check theme compatibility
Your theme should work fine with NextGEN Gallery

    Already tried to increase memory limit, but it seems that is not the problem.
