Nextgen 2 breaks dashboard with many themes

@arkadiusz Rzadkowolski – The topic you referred to is not related to what you are describing as far as I understand you; and a theme should not be modifying the look of the dashboard or any other administration panel page.

Have you taken this up with the theme author as well to see if they have any insights into why this is happening?

what i meant is that nextgen execute wp_print_footer_scripts which is “blog” (not admin) specific function. In some cases it causes theme blog css files to replace admin style.

I have given you Boldr theme as an example.

It’s not template issue – it’s misuse of wp_print_footer_scripts action in nextgen.

Correct function for dashboard is admin_print_footer_scripts

@arkadiusz Rzadkowolski – I’ll pass this along to our developers but it might also be of interest to pass this along to the “Boldr” theme author as well. They may want to consider making their CSS elements more distinct so they only refer to the theme elements that require them as well.
