NextGen Breaks Theme

I have NextGen 1.9.13 installed, when it inserts the anchor tag code with thumbnail is destroys my themes post layout. I don’t know any other way to describe it, it breaks. Probably something you have to see to understand, I can’t figure it out, unless JetPack is breaking it, but I doubt it.
