NextGen broken after 3.9/2.0.61 update "No Entries Found"

  • I’m having an issue with my galleries not showing up in the Manage Galleries section, or working on any of the pages after updating to WP 3.9/NG 2.0.61.

    I can still technically add galleries and images, and the Overview page still shows the number of galleries and images, but when I go to the Manage Galleries page, it says “No Entries Found”. And none of the galleries are working on any of the pages.

    I’ve tried resetting the plug-in in Other Options, deactivated all other plug-ins and theme, resetting permalinks, checked the server for the files (which are there), all with no luck.

    I’m having the same issue but can’t upload. Can you look at my if i give u my credentials?

    If @admire2004l is referring to being unable to upload new images to a gallery, then I too have the same issue.

    I’m experiencing the same issue(s) as the original poster:

    Galleries aren’t showing up on the Manage Galleries page and existing galleries aren’t working on site pages although I can see the number of images and galleries on the Overview page.

    These issues occurred after updating to the latest version of the plugin (2.0.61). I’m currently using 2.0.40. Please note that I HAVE NOT updated WordPress to v3.9 so this ‘could’ be unimportant in any investigations into the cause of the issue.

    Please update this thread if a solution is found. In the meantime I’ll stick with 2.0.40.
