NextGen Download Gallery NextGen !Plus!

  • Hello,

    after understanding most things about the linking to HR images i was highly motivated to use it on my website.

    Unfortunately, i recognized that the Download Gallery template is not working with NextGen Plus (the commercial version of NextGen gallery) regardless of NextGen’s display type, e.g. thumbnail or image browser or thumbnail_pro_grid

    If i deactivate the NextGen Plus, the download template work. Otherwise i get the error message “Not a valid template” on my website.

    I have to tell that i want to use the download template together with the “thumbnail_pro_grid” display type of NextGen Plus. Does anyone in the forum have a feeling which part of the code of NextGen Plus could cause a conflict?

    (it seems to be a pitty that i am not allowed to publish the code of NextGen Plus)

    G’day Ronny,

    NextGEN Download Gallery works by defining a custom template for NextGEN Gallery / NextCellent Gallery. NextGEN Plus defines its own custom display types, and I don’t think they can make use of the same custom templates. You’ll probably need to ask Photocrati for help on this one.
