NextGen Ecommerse Gallery Issues

  • I’ve been looking to set up an Ecommerse Gallery through NextGen Gallery (2.1.23) using the Photocrati and NextGen help sites and things have been going well! However, I’m running into an issue when I go to save and publish my gallery. I can upload the images I’d like to include, but when I click “Save Gallery” it goes nowhere. At first I thought maybe my images just didn’t fit a guideline somewhere, but I’ve double checked all the guidelines and things should be working fine. I’ve even looked around this thread some and found some issues similar to mine, but none of the fixes seem to do the trick.

    Here are some things I’ve done so far.
    -Website image caches and Browser caches have been cleared
    -plugins disabled and re-enabled
    -plugin reset
    -all appropriate updates have been done

    Feeling a little stuck. Thoughts? Should I report this as a bug?
