Nextgen & embedded video conflict only with IE

Hi I just finished building a website for a used car dealer where I have an embedded video from YouTube and then underneath that a nextgen gallery. It works fine in Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Opera but Internet Explorer is giving me a problem.

In Internet Explorer if you click on the any of the pictures in the gallery the embedded video will be on top of the pictures. On the other browsers the picture is on top of the video, like it should be.
