Nextgen galleries not opening in a lightbox

Can anyone help answer my question – my gallery thumbnails don’t open up in lightbox, just as a file on a blank browser page, not even within my site theme.

I’ve followed the troubleshooting here – https://www.nextgen-gallery.com/galleries-opening-lightbox/

But nothing changes. The css and js in the advanced settings don’t reflect the problem being one of mismatched coding due to site migration (I haven’t migrated my site at all). If anything, the problem started after a WordPress update – but I’m not sure. The css and js in my settings are as follows:

Does this have anything to do with the message that came up with the latest update? –

nggallery.css is currently stored in /customers/c/d/1/shospace.co.uk/httpd.www/wp-content/themes/zeecorporate/nggallery.css, which isn’t upgrade-safe. Please move the stylesheet to/customers/c/d/1/shospace.co.uk/httpd.www/wp-content/ngg_styles to ensure that your customizations persist after updates.

(I followed these instructions, but needed to create the ngg_styles folder as it didn’t exist).
