NextGEN Gallery Displaying Index Of

I’m using short code that looks like this [nggallery id=1 template=caption] to display my galleries in my pages.

Its working as intended on this page https://taylortay.com/web/

But on this page https://taylortay.com/design/ which has the exact same short code structure is displaying an index page instead of the gallery

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
