NextGen Gallery doesn't support .Gif images?

  • When I add a .gif image to the NextGen gallery it is put there as a normal image and doesn’t move. Tried everything but it still doesn’t work.. is that normal? I thought it’s supposed that everything should be working!! Help it’s frustrating me ??
