nextgen-gallery dual lightboxes

    hey peeps –

    need some insight here. if you visit my page https://arlingtonthirdbasebar.com and click on the Gallery 1 from the top menu you’ll see the gallery.

    now, when ya get there, click on an image. it’s opening TWO lightboxes – a fancy one – and then a plain one.

    i just want one, don’t care which, any ideas?

    NOTE: i’d posted this earlier, and read on https://alexrabe.de/forums/ to post here, with nextgen in the title. hence the repost.

  • You have both Shutter and PrettyPhoto active.
    Under Gallery, Options, Effects choose the one you want to use.
    Then go to your Plugins list and deactivate the other one.

    I’ve been guilty of that and had two lightbox windows pop up as well.
    Simple solution, though!

    Lee, you’re tooooooootally bril!! thank you so much! i’m still new to wp and FORGET that there are ‘options’ at the top of pages. they should css style those things so that they look more like buttons ya know? ?? thank you again. totally fixed it. you’re so awesome! i can sleep easy now. now that i know a rockstar!
