• Hello,

I’m using NextGen Gallery version 1.2.1

I uploaded a gallery and wanted to edit the thumbnails. I click on “edit thumb”, crop the thumbnail how I would like, and click “update”. I receive the message that the thumbnail is updated.

I select the box next to the image and scroll to the bottom and select “save changes”. The thumbnail update is erased and the thumb looks just like it did before?

I can’t seem to be able to update the thumbnail and am wondering if this is a bug with the latest update? I haven’t had this issue before?

    Thanks for your help!

    Update:

The “edit thumb” option DOES work, but you will not see the update on the thumbnail list after you click on “Save Changes”.

Following these steps will show the edited thumbnail on your blog:

    1) Click on “Edit thumb” next to the thumbnail.

    2) Crop the thumb as you would prefer and click on UPDATE. You will see a note that the thumb is updated.

    3) Close the box. The thumb will look as you want it to appear on your site. Click the box next to the thumbnail. Select “Save Changes”. Important… be sure to “Save Changes” for every thumb that you update.

    4) After you “Save Changes” your thumbnail will look like it did before (this is the bug). However, if you visit your blog and REFRESH the screen, you will see the updated thumbs.

I have the same issue as described above however unable to see the changes in FlashViewer (re: second post). The thumbnail remains the same as before editing. Any suggestions how to get FlashViewer to display the edited thumbnail?

    Thanks!
