Does the NextGen gallery plugin create a folder named ‘nextgen-gallery’ in the ‘wp-content’ folder?

    Hi @systemseeder5

    I am glad to help.

The nextgen-gallery slug if created within /wp-content/plugins.

Now, by default the gallery folder where all images are stored is /wp-content/gallery/ but this can be changed from NextGEN Gallery > Other Options under “Where would you like galleries stored?”.

This is a rarely made change and it is just safer to leave it as is. But at some point the folder you mention might have come from there.

Is there anything inside the folder?

    Please keep me posted.

    Hi @systemseeder5 ,

We haven’t heard back from you in a few days, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation (please just see my post above).

    Thanks!
