NextGen Gallery-Gallery Drag & Drop to Albums Doesn't Work

    I can install and view a photo gallery on a page, but cannot view an album. The drag and drop feature allowing the placement of galleries into albums does not work.

    Theme: Twenty-thirteen (WP default)
    All plugins except NGG are deactivated.
    Browser cache emptied.
    Problem presents in Chrome, FF, and Safari

    Currently using NGG v2.0.33

    Running WP v.3.7.1 locally with MAMP v.2.2 (OS: Mac OS X v.10.7.5; MySQL v.5.5.33; PHP v.5.5.3; server = Apache/2.2.25 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.25; PHP safe mode = off.
