NextGen Gallery: Image rotator not displaying

  • Hi folks!

    I have just upgraded to WordPress 2.7, and have noticed that the image rotator in NextGen Gallery no longer seems to work: instead of images appearing in an overlay, they now open in the browser window that WordPress was in, meaning after clicking on a link, you are forced to browse back to the blog.

    I know NextGen is compatible with WordPress 2.7 as I ran a test site for a couple of days to make sure I there were no problems. This is one issue that I never came across while running the test site.

    I have re-downloaded the WordPress files, and tried re-installing NextGen, but to no avail.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Do you know if I need to install the JW Player after I have installed the NEXTGEN Gallery plug in to get a rotating slideshow in a post???

    I am trying to create a clickable slideshow pop up window in a post……
