NextGen Gallery Issues after Site Migration

I just want to change my thumbnail sizes, but under Gallery -> Other Options, any time I click Save I get a 404 for the url /wp-admin/admin.php?page=ngg_other_options
I’ve read about NGG writing server-specific information to its settings in the database upon installation. Could that be my problem here?
If it helps, I recently moved this WP installation from my dev server to the client’s live server. I’ve tried upgrading NGG, uninstalling/reinstalling, upgrading WP…
Please help, I’m stumped!
