NextGen Gallery not loading correctly

Only the thumbnails are working, but when I click thumbs the larger images does not load. Weird thing is sometimes it works, but about 90% of the time nothing loads.

NextGen effects are set to Thickbox. Want to change to lightbox but want to get it working first before I go changing things around.
