NextGEN Gallery Plugin is Not Working Properly (Please Help)

Hi,

I installed NextGEN Gallery Plugin in the right sidebar of my site. The images re not displaying in the horizontal form. Also the images gallery is not working properly as its required.

Can anyone help to resolve this issue asap?
