• Hi,

I have recently migrated my site to a different domain using backup buddy. After migrating the site I had to reinstall the NextGen Gallery plugin on the new domain as it didn’t appear after the migration. I then uploaded my photos again in exactly the same way I did on the original domain and then added the shortcode into the page I wanted the gallery to appear.

For some reason though, when I view the page, I get a message where the gallery should be saying ‘sorry, but you are looking for something that isn’t here’. The gallery doesn’t show so it seems the shortcode isn’t working.

Its strange because I am also using the NextGen gallery as a widget in my footer and the gallery is showing here.

Does anyone know what the problem could be here?

    Thanks,
    Will

I would be extremely grateful if anyone had any ideas on how to solve this issue. Thanks

Double check your shortcode. It should reflects the ID, Name, or number of your gallery.
If you have [ngengalery ID=3] from your old site, but now your gallery has the ID 1, it won’t be able to load anything.
