nextgen gallery slideshow

    Hello
    after i do all the steps for sideshow and publish my changes. on my webpage all i can see is a red x mark and when i click on it, it takes 2 full minutes before the slideshow starts and then after the show finishes it closes into a red x mark. what is the problem. Can someone help. I am using picture perfect theme. Thanks.
