My site was created by someone who is no longer available. During some recent update (sorry not sure which one) the thumbnails in my portfolio nextgen gallery became invisible. I can still click on them and then the photos appear, but the portfolio page shows no images or text except for the page title and menu header. Thanks in advance for any help.

    Hey @saswwp

I am glad to help, I tried to check your link but it is not available.

Sometimes cache images can get corrupted or damaged or lost. Go to NextGEN Gallery > Other Options > Miscellaneous and click “Clear Image Cache” and see if that helps.

    Please keep me posted.

    Hi @saswwp ,

We haven’t heard back from you in a few days, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation (please just see my post above).

    Thanks!

Sorry for the delay; I thought I had responded. The code worked. Thanks!
