Cannot create a gallery, cannot access gallery settings. Worked yesterday; plugin auto-updated 2 hours ago to v3.5.2, and now I am dead in the water. Receive this error: “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” WordPress auto-generated a ‘fata; error’ email and sent immediately.

My entire site is now down. Had to deactivate NextGen Gallery to get it back up, but there are obviously no images showing. This is unacceptable.

When accessing plugins in WordPress, the url https://www.nextgen-gallery.com/ is down. I wonder if that is related?

I noticed that the ChangeLog document for NextGen Gallery gives a 404 error, sounds to me like they are trying to mop up the mess. I wish they’d put 3.4.1 back up so we can revert back to it.

I was able to access the 3.50 version from here https://en-gb.www.ads-software.com/plugins/nextgen-gallery/advanced/

I installed it and the Nextgen is working again.

Was just heading down that rabbit-hole, thanks for posting the link, back up and running. Imagely seems to have turned into a shitshow the moment I upgraded to a lifetime membership. They used to have great customer support, not so much anymore…

Add Gallery/Images upload pane still broken, reverted to 3.4.1, still broken.

    Hi,

There were some issues with version 3.50 that were fixed in 3.52 (not 3.5.2).

3.50 contained a major rework of the plugin and after intensive testing some things showed up upon release, after 3.52 was released to fix most of them, there are some problems left to tackle. You can rollback to 3.41 (not 3.4.1) and see if that helps, we are currently working on fixing the plugin.

The changelog for the free plugin is here https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/nextgen-gallery/#developers
you can see both releases for today.

@warnerjh Regarding the paid plugins we did not update them, and if you have a paid plan, you can reach out to us from imagely.com/account and using the support link within it.

@birdphoto the domain you mentioned is not used by the company, probably the 301 redirect to imagely.com is failing, I will let the team know.

    I hope this helps.

Sorry about the inconveniences, we hope to figure everything out soon

Have installed 3.54 and the website works fine. Thanks.
