Nextgen Image Browser Effect Not working

Hi,

I am having trouble with the nextgen image browser gallery settings.. i want to display next and prev buttons but it’s not working.. infact when i click on image thumbnail it’s opening on another tab.

Can you guys please help me out these are my next gen settings:

I am using wprocket plugin for wordpress optimization, i have selected few js files with deferred loading.. does it causes any problem ?

To My Surprise, Only admins and website staff are able to view next and prev buttons when they logged in ?
