NextGen in "Add Media": won't 'show' images

@ourobo – I just want to confirm … the process you are describing will insert a single image only, this is what you are looking to do?

When I click “Show”, nothing happens.

Can you explain this any further? Maybe a screen shot of what you are seeing?

When you click on “show” usually options pop up. Now, nothing happens

@ourobo – You noted you are using WordPress 3.9.1 but I am not seeing the same Add Media modal in your screen shot that appears in a default installation.

Can you verify (re-update?) your WordPress installation? I am seeing this in one of my test sites: https://take.ms/W4L8i … not the “Create Audio Playlist” that does not appear in your screen shot.

Odd… The update pages states that I am currently using 3.9.1

“You have the latest version of WordPress. Future security updates will be applied automatically.

If you need to re-install version 3.9.1, you can do so here or download the package and re-install manually:”

I suppose I can try to re-install it?

Tried to reinstall. No change: The “create audio playlist” is still not there, and the NextGen functionality issue mentioned above is still present.

Tried to switch themes; this did not make a difference.

@ourobo – We may need to see a Bug Report (https://www.nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/ … please reference this topic) for your specific site to try to see what is going on.

We will need log in and FTP credentials for your WordPress installation, please include those with your Bug Report.
