NextGen is adding scripts on pages I don't want it on – Help?

Hi there,
NextGen Gallery has added their code to the footer of my home page. I removed wp_footer and wp_head since I don’t want plugins to show up on my home page. And some how, NextGen’s scripts are in the footer of my home page!
How do I remove this? Is there a function.php script I can add? So ANNOYING!
