NextGen Is taking down my Website?

    Mistakes are except-able like your last update, but prolonged fixes are not except-able. Hire more people, hire people that know how to fix it.

    Your programs have caused my error log to grow to 26GB, my expired wp_options transients get so big every day it crashes the server.

    I know were not the only ones having this trouble, you tell us if we deactivate or uninstall the product the problems will be even worst.

    When and Why will you have a fix?

    Then you need to use the dedicated support via NGG’s site – these forums are only for free version support.
